Run new 2" cast iron pipe from new sink location to existing stack locations approximately 10-12' according to plans, once field verified if location is different from plans change order will be needed Run new copper cold water pipe from existing stack approximately 15' to kitchen location Install new ice maker box with hammer arrestor in refrigerator location Once mill work is installed Apex will install drop in sink with faucet, basket strainer with p-trap Point of use water heater to be installed for hot water New quarter turn angle stops to be installed under sink with stainless steel braided supply lines Cap coffee maker line in existing kitchen location Cap line in wall behind water dispenser

***THIS IS A 50% DEPOSIT REQUEST*** Adding a bathroom B42 Cut concrete and trench to each fixture Run PVC sewer pipe and uponor water pipe to the proper locations of each fixture Once finished Apex will install all fixtures which will include: - 1 Toilet with new seal and bolts - 1 Flush valve - 2 Lavs with faucet, drain body and p-trap - 2 Floor Drain - 1 Hose bib All fixtures include new quarter turn angle stops and stainless steel braided supply lines Once finished all fixtures will be tested and then caulked

Chip up concrete and install 4 offset flanges Cut water copper lines of toilets and move to new location matching the new toilet flanges

We ran a camera from the toilet closest to the break room. The pipe is misaligned 7 feet from that toilet. Which is just on the other side of the wall in the break room. From that point (7 ft location) to another 7 ft is holding water. So in order to remedy the problem we would have to pitch that section of pipe . 7 ft section of pipe repair Demo concrete ,dig down 3-4 from wall in break room out7 ft (see pic) Concrete trench will have to be 3 ft wide because of depth (3 ft.) of pipe and a connection that is within that 7 ft. Replace concrete to tile ready Plastic walls and cardboard paper to protect break room After hour’s job

Disconnect existing fixtures(Prodigy will take to dumpsters) Set electronic flush valves off to side and save for reuse Lay out new bathroom layout for contractor to cut and remove concrete Move sewer and water pipes to new locations Install new customer supplied fixtures Reinstall electronic flush valves
