Run new uponor water pipe from outside to inside garage up into attic to the following: - Water Heater - Laundry - 2 Bath - Kitchen - 2 hose bibs Once finished Apex will come back and install all new quarter turn angle stops with stainless steel braided supply lines Hook water lines up to all fixtures, shower/tub valves, toilets, sinks

Customer Currently has a drain for a tub tub has been removed. He wants to turn it into a shower We will need to grab onto the Trap and stub a piece of pipe up And install three piece drain for shower membrane install Instead of just stubbing up for the shower drain, we are going to move the trap to where the drain is more centered in the shower area for the shower pan to go in smoothly. We are not doing the shower pan. Customer is a contractor and his handling the rest after we move the drain.

Apex will open wall to diagnose clogging issue and provide necessary estimates to repair. Apex will install an access panel in the closet.

Customer called wanting a booster pump inspected. This pump was submerged in salt water and damaged from flooding caused during hurricane helene on September 26th 2024. Recommend replacing this pump. -shut down water and power to pump -remove existing pump -install new pump in its place -connect water and power -check for leaks and make sure pump is working properly. -we will create access point in garage. Change orders to work already being completed. -change out basket strainer on pool deck sink -change fill valve in upstairs toilet -install gas line for fireplace
