Customer called about garbage disposal not working. Disposal is seized up. Needs to be replaced. -remove existing garbage disposal -install new garbage disposal -test to make sure it is working properly. This will take about an hour. 1 year warranty.

Put camera down vent stack around 50 ft run into full water in pipe around 60 ft run into a hard blockage possible break in pipe need to come back and locate pipe. Took video on camera need the footage.

Sewer lines for laundry jepp having backups. Recommend repiping laundry sewer. We will remove existing laundry boxes(2). Remove some of the existing sewer lines inside of wall. Drill 2 holes through block wall behind both washers. Run 2 inch pvc through each hole and drop down into ground. Connect these 2 lines to 3 inch pvc and run around bushes. Connect to main line in front of building(20 feeet total). We will install a separate cleanout on each 2 inch line and a cleanout on 3 inch line. Install ptrap, riser and laundry box for each washer. Permitting and inspection included in price. 20 year warranty on pvc Laundry line.

Customer called about toilet being loose and leaking. Toilet bolts were not connected to flange. Pull toilet and check flange. Change wax seal and reset toilet.

Customer called for water leaking from toilet base. Flushed toilet and saw water coming from under toilet. All around edge of toilet base is wet. Shut off for toilet does not shut off all the way. There is a main shutoff at back of building that does not work. -shut off main water at street -take gate valve apart and rebuild -pull toilet and replace wax seal. Will check for any other issues while toilet is pulled. -remove toilet shut off and replace -turn water back on and check for leaks.
