Customer wants to replace 50 gallon tall water heater with new

Estimate: - Will pull plumbing and electrical permit with City of Treasure Island - Will shut off water to water heater - Will disconnect, drain, and remove existing 40 gallon water heater from back room - Will install Stiebel Eltron Tempra 24 Plus on wall above where previous heater was - Tankless will sit about 7 feet above floor - Will install service valves on inlet and outlet of heater - Will hook up to existing 3/4” CPVC water lines - Will turn on water to heater and flush air from system - Will replace existing water heater circuit with two new tankless circuits - Will add in two new water heater disconnects - Will connect two new circuits to tankless water heater - Will turn on power to heater and test - Will haul away old heater

Remove drain cover and snake shower drain until shower is unclogged

Cut copper from floor and solider new copper lines to: - 2 - 1/2 baths including the toilets(2) and hot and cold to the sinks(2) - Kitchen lines, hot and cold - Wet bar, hot and cold lines - 10 new quarter turn angle stops Run new 1/2" copper line from kitchen through the wall approximately 10-15' to refrigerator location and install ice maker box Once drywall, tile, vanities, and cabinets are set Apex will: - Set 2 toilets including new wax seal and Johnny bolts - Install 2 bathroom faucets with drain bodies and p-traps - Install wet bar faucet with basket strainer and p-trap - Install kitchen faucet with garbage disposal and dishwasher Drain and remove old 50gal water heater Install new 50gal water heater with pan and expansion tank

- We will have to cut access into the bottom of the kitchen stack which is in the garage - We will have to put up plastic , on floors and walls. In order to contain spillage. -We will set up containers in order to catch the grease/ sewer water when we hydro scrub - We will hydro scrub from roof to garage. -We will run a camera to investigate the condition of pipe when we are finish in order to determine if more work is needed. Ie : EPOXY the cast iron stack - We will have to have access to to each unit on that stack in order to disconnect traps under sink and cap waste arms so that if the stack gets clog while cleaning nothing enters the unit. - We will dispose of sewer water at the appropriate location. -This is a 1 time ,1 year warranty ie; clear clog with cable in STACK ONLY
