Rodded sewer pulled back nothing. Upon arrival customer did state had a root problem in sewer. No warranty

Customer has kitchen line backing up only. Need to detach drain line, and send cable in through kitchen drain line to restore the flow of drain line, then reattach drain line, and test. Tyler 8/15/23

Pull toilet to figure out why it is leaking into downstairs when flushed. Toilet was leaking into 1st floor unit when 2nd floor toilet was flushed. They changed the wax ring but it didn't fix the issue. I pulled the toilet and pulled the toilet flange and riser out of rhe floor. The 90 for the toilet riser is broken. Will have to open up the drywall ceiling in 1st floor unit to access pipe. Cut out broken pipe and glue in new 90 and riser. Install new toilet flange and reset toilet.

Replace posi-temp cartridge.

Turn off water to property Drain property Dig down to 2inch ball valve Cut and remove 2inch ball valve Install new quarter turn 2inch brass ball valve Turn on water Test for leaks Water will be off up to 4 hours for installation and for glue to dry

Toilet backing up into shower. Pull toilet and cable line. Will run camera.

Apex will remove toilet and run sectional to clear obstruction in main line once obstruction is clear we will run camera to verify obstruction is clear and evaluate condition of the sewer. We will reset toilet after wards
