Saw some hairline cracks and some separation and joints were cast-iron pipes were put together that are separating leaving recommendations for a two bath whole house red drain or spin coating old cast-iron pipes underneath foundation of home customers house house was also flooded from storm and customers are all open. Customer has old copper piping. leaving recommendation to re-pipe home walls are open and delete old copper pipes underneath foundation of home due to customers going to have to remodel home now is the time to do it before repairing drywall or flooring and home all work will be permitted and inspected by county inspector spin coding comes with a 20 year warranty re-drain comes with a 20 year warranty also re-pipe comes with a 20 year leak guarantee two years parts and labor warranty.

Arrive to customers home that was customer. Customer is one of the homes that get flooded during the hurricane warehouse to completely remove all drywall and cabinets. Customer wants recommendations on her plumbing system. first recommendation is going to be a re-pipe, Deleting old copper pipes underneath foundation of home and running a new complete water system from city meter to home running new water lines throughout home with uponor piping that comes with a 20 year leak guarantee and two parts and labor warranty from Apex plumbing replacing all the water lines throughout new emergency shut off valves at every fixture with new steel braided supply lines. Second recommendation would be to remove old cast-iron, drain lines and vents stacks and copper waist arms and replace with schedule 40 PVC piping with new sewer line out to city tap third option would be To spin coat all vent, stacks, and drain lines underneath foundation of home protecting pipes for many more corrosion of old cas

Customer hit 3/4 copper main water line coming in yard. Need to dig up around area, and expose line more, and cut section out, and reconnect with new pipe, and parts, and pro press line, test for leaks. Tyler Dionis 9/20/24

Water coming from bottom of toilet when shower and sink are used. Pull toilet and cable line. Set toilet with new wax seal. We will do a camera evaluation of sewer line and give recommendations. Line was backed up. I cabled the line through the toilet and ran a camera. There is to much build up in the line to be able to see it very well. Recommend doing a hydroscrub in order to see if the line is in good enough condition to epoxy.

Dig up grass and rock in the front of lawn, set up grass on the side of home on plastic Once removed we will dig up dirt and remove old cast iron pipe from ground from existing clean out to city tap After we will install sch 40 pvc in place of the cast we will install a new clean out in the front of home and at the end of the 50ft right at the city tap. We will install 2 new test tees again at the begging of the sewer run and city tap for inspection purposes. We will put the sewer main line on 5 ft of head pressure after install to ensure there are no leaks and for inspection purposes We will take care of permit and inspection fees 7 year parts and labor warranty

From the vent stacks of bath bathrooms we will hydro scrub the main line of both bathrooms to clean out any debris inside that main line After we scrub the line we will install new toilet apex supplied We will again run a camera to see what pipe life looks like after hydro scrubb

Client has pin hole leak in his 1/2 in copper line I have to cut it out and pro press two copper to uponor adapters Onto the old copper pipe After I secured the adapters onto the pipe I will attach a new uponor line to the adapters this will fix the leak permanently I will do a 12 in spot repair I will clean the copper in order to attach the new 1/2 adapter

Move drain and overflow to accommodate new tub and install Install customer supplied deck mount tub filler Run water line to steamer and line for steamer to shower Run drain line from steamer to shower Install customer supplied water heater booster

Install shower and tub trim Install tub Install 3 three piece lav faucets including drain and trap Install 2 toilets Install kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and trap Install 8 emergency alarm stops, includes one dual stop Install washtub faucet and drain

Toilet flanges are cracked and will need repair flanges Bolt down repair flanges to hold toilet down and seal properly Take old tub down to foyer and bring new tub up. Between 425 and 625 depending on what time delivery is.
