After pulling the toilet and running my cable, I pulled my cable out of the pipe and There is major root intrusion My camera only made it 10 feet out from the toilet flange and I was able to locate it on the right side of the house. We Will dig up the pipe once we dig up the pipe we will cut it and add a clean out. Once we add the clean out, we will be able to run our cable out to our clean out, tie our Jetter to our cable and run it back up to flange. We will also make sure that his main line is also clear. Once we clear out the line a bit We will be able to come up with some options of what we can do to fix root intrusion.

Apex call install a new gas control valve for the customer state water heater. The part has a one year labor warranty through Apex Plumbing.

Kitchen faucet has a obstruction in the body of the faucet was unable to clear it free by running angle stops on, hooked from the faucet and cleaning the aerator need a replacement along with an angle stop underneath the sink leaks when it’s shut off customer supplied faucet Diagnosed that faucet needs replaced will return to change it out when it arrives. We will turn unit off and run descaled through system We will run descaler for 45 minutes Flush remaining descaler out of system We will pressurize system and check for proper function

We will run water lines from the existing main line all the way to the heater and back to all the bathrooms in hot water. Bathroom:1 •we will have to take down the mirror to access the shower valve for other bathroom and also have to cut a hole in the vanity to get water pipes threw and into the vanity •For the toilet we will have to come up threw the floor which we will have to drill threw the tile so we can get our pex line to feed the toilet. •For our shower valve there is an access panel behind the toilet.
