Arrived to customers home tested water heater water heater not turning on and not heating water went over to left-hand side of home found broken regulator that supplies gas over to tankless water heater to fix regulator first to see if water heater will kick on if it’s just a gas problem. Need to fix this gas issue first to be able to test for any other issues with water heater. Gas water heater burner is not kicking on due to lack of gas writing up estimates to fix regulator on outside gas line on left-hand side of home. Also checked digital board inside of home could not get any power to that. That panel usually gives you an error code or tells you what the issue is with the water heater Could not get that to turn on but need to fix gas issue first to see if there is any more electrical issues. Customer does not want to move forward with estimate at this time. She wants to get with her builder that said he was going to fix most of the major damage done to home. Customer said if he do

Customer stated no hot water to tankless heater. Throwing error code E003. Turned off heater, water, and gas supply to drain heater and test gas pressure after undoing union coupling for gas line and testing gas pressure and draining tank, restored power to unit and turned water and gas supply back on. Heater was getting hot and gas was functioning properly after diagnostic. Went inside to test all plumbing fixtures for hot water and made sure unit was not giving error code after fixtures were tested and hot water was ran for some time. -check all wiring components and electrical -turn off unit and water supply and drain unit -turn off gas to unit and open union fitting to test gas supply -clean off burner rod and flame rod inside unit to ensure proper operation -turn water and gas back in to unit after gas pressure test and tank drainage -ensure proper operation and function and no error code after testing plumbing fixtures in home -ensure gas and water supply turned back on

Customer stated salt water got into the unit. Recommended replacement due to the fact once salt water gets into these units. They are not salvageable anymore and need replacing. He will be giving us a call when he is ready to move forward.

1/2 inch uponor line feeding hose bib has a hole in it. Cut out 3/4 by 1/2 tee and 1/2 90. Install new tee and 90. Connect back to hose bib.

Water heater is leaking from bottom. Will replace existing rheem with same size state water heater. Will drain heater tonight and replace tomorrow.

Estimate: - Will drain and remove toilet from flange - Will investigate issues with flange - If repair is needed will give estimate to do so - Will reset toilet with new wax ring once issue is resolved - Price includes removing and reinstalling toilet. Does not include any repair costs for flange - Also cut ceiling and investigated leak - Found no leaks or moisture

Found kitchen faucet head unscrewed from hose. Screwed head back into hose and found it working properly with no leaks.

Customer had leak coming from compression nut connecting pvc to copper. Removed nut, and made slight adjustment, and reinstalled compression nut, ran lots of water with customer next to me, and no more leaks. Wrote estimate for replacing angle stops. Tyler 8/14/23

Existing water heater is a 50 gallon state select. It is leaking from the bottom of the heater into the pan. Recommend replacing. We would replace with a 50 gallon medium state water heater. 6 year warranty.
