Customer called about both bathrooms backing up into shower. Cleanout in back yard overflowing when I arrived. Home in on septic. Will attempt to cable line from cleanout. If unsuccessful we will camera from cleanout and locate septic tank to see if it is full.

(Full home inspection for plumbing with video inspection of sewer line) Checked all emergency shut off valves underneath vanities and toilets. All emergency shut off valves are working. Checked all drain lines underneath sinks with inspecting shower drains and tub drains Found one issue in back bathroom of home where customer has a S trap underneath lavatory sink recommending installing a new sanitary tee with new Studer vent and master trap. Also inspected for Crosswater found no issues with Crosswater. Also inspected all shower valves to make sure they were all working properly. Found no issues. Also did inspections on shower pans with doing a shower pan test with water did not find any leaks no issues. Also inspected all lavatory, faucets, and kitchen sink faucet found no issues after inspecting all plumbing inside of home went outside and ran camera through. Clean out to check for any issues on drain lines from running underneath home to the two bathrooms on right hand side of hom

customer stated they don't need anyone back out they found out is was a leak in the irrigation line

Customer has watts350c snap off from 1 1/2 CPVC tee right behind garage by office. Need to cut and remove broken section, and install new tee, and riser, and reinstall valve back on. Tyler 9/3/24

Found both loading bays full of water. Tested and found pump not kicking on even when directly powered by outlet. Water needs to be pumped out before sump pump can be diagnosed. Estimate: - Will pump out all water from loading bays - Will diagnose issue with sump pump - Will give estimate for repair or replacement

Estimate: - Will snake through cleanout to clear blockage in main line - Will camera line to investigate issue

Apex will pull toilet and run sectional to clear obstruction. Once the obstruction is cleared we will run camera to make sure obstruction is cleared and asses the condition of the sewer system then we will reset toilet with new wax ring Apex will install new metal repair flange and reinstall toilet

Estimate: - Will shut off water to house - Will thread off hose bibb in back and thread on new quarter-turn hose bibb - Will solder off two hose bibbs above utility sink in garage and install two quarter turn hose bibbs with female adapters - Will replace both basket strainers in kitchen sink

We have to cable the main line because it is clogged up with grease and sewage I will run my cable throughout the whole main line clean out to clean out it may not solve the problem this would be temporary due to the main line being packed with sewage and grease the cable may just open the sewage up temporarily it has to be hydroscrubed I cannot warranty this line because of buildup in the sewer system We have to hydroscrub the buildings main line it is packed with grease /sewage we use our hydroscrub technology which uses high water pressures to blow out old sewage/grease that is stuck in the sewer system

Chain knock and Hydro scrub Diagnosis: The 4 inch pipe has so many crystal and debris in the pipe that is choked down to about 2 inches Solution: We will chain knock and hydro scrub the line out. The chain knock will hopefully knock all the hard pieces off the sides of the pipe then we can scrub the whole pipe out and bring the PVC back to new as long as the pipe has no other issues once it is cleaned out We will run camera after the job is complete

We will fill liner up with water to test for leaks after install We will run new uponor pex from the existing copper of the his and hers vanity to the new shower valve location. We will chip concrete around existing copper to get the new water lines into the wall for the other shower valve location Install pressure treated wood for threshold After install we will test to ensure no leaks throughout the new install 4 year parts and labor warranty

Cable through cleanout in front yard. Main line from cleanout to city tap is Orangeburg. The pipe is collapsing and needs to be replaced. There is alot of debris in the cast iron pipes under the house. Recommend hydroscrub for these pipes. 20 YEAR WARRANTY ON MAINLINE- LABOR & MATERIALS
