Gave estimate for tub to shower conversion. Would need to cut and demo tile to allow for new shower valve install. Would cut and remove bath tub. Install shower base and hook up drain. He is looking to move forward with this soon but is waiting to hear back from the VA. Also wants a water softener installed. Will follow up once Nelsen sends estimate for softener.

Remove aerator NO WARRANTY ON THIS REPAIR DUE TO A PIECE BEING BROKEN IN THE FAUCET , FAUCET IS RUNNING WITH NORMAL PRESSURE. turn off water to house Remove 2 fill valves Install 2 new fill valves Turn on water Test for leaks LANDLORD WOULD NOT ANSWER PHONE TENANT SAID HE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR BILL Turn off water to house Remove 2 anglestops Install 2 new anglestops Turn on water Test for leaks THIS LEAK WAS CAUSED BY A MALFUNCTIONING FILL VALVE WHICH HAS BEEN REPLACED

Remove the hand to determine the shower cartridge

Estimate: - Will cut section of wall above access - Will shut water off to house - Will cut out three bad sections of 1/2” copper behind shower - Will replace with new 1/2” copper and fittings - Will turn water back on to house and test

Estimate: - Will run camera through sewer lines to determine quality of line - Will provide footage - Will give estimate for repair if needed

In kitchen area, the laundry closet needs to be capped waterlines and drainage. Then we need to add laundry and water Down in the garage area

Customer has problem periodically with master bathroom toilet will camera through vent stacknto see any issues

Customer wants to replace both toilets in home. Master bathroom toilet is a corner style tank that fits into a corner of the room will need to specially order as no other toilet will fit in that spot without Moving the flange. We will remove both toilets and dispose of both of them and replace them with the new American standard Toilets with new wax ring, Johnny bolts supply lines, and fresh grout around the base if flanges need to be replaced and angle stops need to be replaced. Additional rates will apply once we will make sure everything is working, It as it should

Customer called about kitchen sink not draining. I ran water in the sink and it filled up immediately. This line needs to be snaked and hydroscrubed. I will snake from cleanout under sink.

Estimate: - Will shut off water to toilet at angle stop - Will drain and remove toilet from flange - Will inspect flange for damage - Will snake through toilet drain to clear blockage - If flange is in good condition, will test toilet with new wax ring and bolts - Flange is broken and needs repair - Snaked 175 feet and clog did not clear - Will return with camera to investigate

Estimate: - Will drain and remove old toilet in master bathroom - Will clean caulking from floor and replace wax ring on flange - Will install American Standard ADA Elongated Cadet Pro toilet - Will hook up to existing water supply - Will caulk bottom edges - Will turn water on to toilet and test - Will haul away old toilet After pulling toilet found flange broken. Needs to be repaired or replaced. Estimate: - Will drill pilot holes through tile and concrete - Will install repair ring on top of flange - Will anchor repair ring to concrete - Will continue with toilet installation

Expansion tank on the water heater is cracked and is leaking Will take out old tank Will install new expansion tank with tape and dope

Toilet is backing up into shower. Cable from cleanout in yard.
