Both bathrooms have the Bendable tubular and they failed inspection for selling the home due to it, We will Remove tubular from both bathrooms and pipe them in properly Without messing with waste, arms, and drains. Once complete, we will test and make sure everything is working as it should and is up to code standards.

We will install a filter, softener and brine tank. Main water line is on right side of garage outside. We will have to drill 2 holes through garage from outside to inside. Connect to main line, run line inside garage and connect to filter. Connect line from filter to softener. Run line from softener through 2nd hole to outside garage and connect back to main going inside house.

Install new shut off for the house with copper fittings. Cut and cap old hose bib line that was leaking. 5 year parts and labor warranty

Existing valve is old and doesn't work properly. Open up drywall behind shower in order to access valve and replace with moen posi temp valve. We will install a access panel in the closet. 2 year warranty. We will include a camera evaluation of sewer lines with this work.

I have to cable his vent stack via roof he’s having issues in his kitchen which is effecting bathroom vanity and shower toilet is flushing I’m going to run a commercial sectional cable down his vent stack to knock the clog out and then run a camera in is system to see what is going on client speaks of back sewage in his waste arm and possibly his main line he also stated his main line in his yard has been replaced We will dig up the main line in the back yard a (portion) to where we’ll cut into the main line send our hydroscrub technology into the main line and blow out any and all old sewage/grease buildup that is causing the problem he pvc sewer in the back yard cast iron inside as far as I could see with the camera sewage was blocking the view the hydroscrub should give some longevity on the sewer system clearing out a lot of the buildup around the sewer main line we will pull a toilet run the scrub line in then pull the sewage out after that we will run a camera for further analys

I will remove old angle stops from (2) toilet lines and (6) water lines under the vanities this will secure water from leaking in the future We will use 1/4 turn compression angle stops

Leak Detection and Pipe Repair - Arrived on site and was shown were water was coming from I turned backflow back on to diagnose and try and locate leak after removing some asphalt and digging i determined that the leak was on the main that is 2-4’ deep and have options to make repair today or Monday Remove asphalt to expose broken 2 or 3” pvc water main to cut out and replace pipe. This I’ll require excavation and a pump to safely make repair and will need fill dirt to fill after repair and test. We are not responsible for replacement of asphalt. This line has been leaking for some time due to depression under existing asphalt. You can summit invoice to county after repair to offset water usage.
