Arrived to job had to wait for elevator technician to come out and secure elevator to gain access to elevator pit where pump sits in a recessed hole after technician raised elevator was able to get into pump area pump had a piece of plastic wedged over top of float switch Not allowing float. Switch to kick on pump to pump out water from elevator shaft remove plastic. Now pump is working everything is flowing charging customer service fee. Waited on an elevator, technician to secure elevator to gain access to pump pit. After elevator technician secured elevator, removed a piece of plastic that was holding float, switched down, not allowing motor to kick on to pump out water. BILLING JOB.

I set up a quote to do the following work: Install customer supplied waste/overflow for two tub and adding whatever repiping is necessary for install. Running a 3/4” main line above in attic to connect to the existing pex b piping that is already there using necessary manifolds. Install 2 new shower valves along with a new tub valve as well and once walls and completed coming back to do trim which is included in price Connect the main line to the copper piping by going through block wall and adding a pressure relief valve along with new hose bib. Customer has already paid half and is ready to proceed for tomorrow install

Plumbing Repairs and Installations: Change out insides of Sloan valve to correct no flush and leak issues Multiple toilets in unit, men’s toilet has a longer flush than normal, multi gender bathroom seems ok but same age as the other toilets.
