Apex plumbing will pull toilet after turning water off to Sloan valve and disconnecting Sloan valve from toilet. once toilet is pulled, we will do a thorough inspection on the toilet flange to ensure that the toilet is ready to be reset if the flange is broken, we will write an additional quote to service and replace complete. Repair water leak in wall. Pin hole leak at elbow on inside of wall found by leak detection cut out and remove bad 1/2 inch elbow. Replace elbow and need 1/2 copper to make repair.

Woman’s room toilet leaking at base. Pull and reset toilet replace wax ring and Johnny bolts. Also second woman’s room with Sloan valve rebuild is leaking and will be covered under warranty. Need to get a complete regal Sloan valve rebuild kit for toilet replacing vacuum breaker diaphragm and all seals. Also need leak detection to find water leak in wall.

- Shut water off to house - Released pressure from system - Disconnected bypass valve to release softener pressure - Reconnected bypass valve and left in bypass mode - Turned water back on to house - Switched softener out of bypass mode and flushed system - Removed crease in regeneration drain - Initiated force regen of softener and found it working properly

Customer has issue with females toilet on far left side in stall with flushing. Hit the handle multiple times and water goes down in bowl. Need to shut water down to toilet and rebuild urinal valve. Tyler 12/6/24

Was able to replace shower cartridge and get shower functioning again. Will need to return either tomorrow or Tuesday to install Customer ordered shower handle and finish up job. Spoke with Customer over the phone and she will be ordering a shower handle and I will come and install it once it arrives.tenant is able to use for time being because I popped the old handle back on in the meantime

Client has a leak in the concrete PVC fitting is leaking. Client had a guy come out and do the access we’re going to charge them just for a 6 inch PVC spot repair we do not have to put the concrete back. - Jackhammer roughly 4 inches in width, 2 inches in depth, dig out a little bit of dirt to expose the PVC lines - Cut the compromised PVC, which includes roughly 8 inches of three-quarter inch PVC, and a 90 - Install new PVC with a new 90 three-quarter - Test the fixtures
