Arrived on site, while homeowner was not here saw the water heater was knocked over from the storm, and the copper piping coming out of the wall was bent due to the water heater disconnecting from the wall. Wrote up three separate options for the customer, including a customer supplied water heater, a new water heater that we supply, or the option for a new tankless water heater. Made an attempt to call the customer after writing up options and sending them over via email so we can discuss further. She did not answer so I will be setting up a follow up phone call for tomorrow. Also spoke to the customer before arrival and told her I would be reaching out after coming up with some estimates and solutions so we can figure out which one would suit her best. Install new kitchen supply lines to existing kitchen faucet to allow faucet to get water and function properly

-Chip up concrete and remove dirt in half bathroom location to access the existing sewer main line we will be chipping concrete to the desired location of the new toilet and vanity waste arm -when we get access to the sewer main line we will tie into that existing main line with a new sch 40 pvc combo and run the new sch 40 pvc pipe to the desired location of the toilet and vanity waste line - install clean out on new toilet line -Once pipe is installed we will we will back fill trench with dirt and match concrete back to its original height -customer vanity with faucet picked out by customer but apex will pick up the fixtures and install We will run new hot and cold from existing hot water heater in the room. We will tie into existing hot and cold water lines and run new hot and cold through the drop ceiling and back down the wall for vanity as well as branching off for the cold line for the cold toilet supply line - 3 new angle stops - p trap and studs vent Once sewer and

From pvc toilet flange in master bathroom all the way to main vent stack off that bathroom grouping we will run a chain knocker down the flange and into the bathroom grouping going to the main vent stack to clean out the calcium build up debris that are stuck inside of toilet flange and the bathroom grouping After chain knock we will run a hydro scrubber down the exact same way we ran the chain kicker and again pull and clean the debris off of the bathroom grouping and into the main line out to city pro longing the life of the pvc pipe Remove old toilet and install new elongated toilet with a new wax ring new Johnny bolts and new toilet. Once toilet is installed we will test to empire there are no leaks in the new toilet install

Diagnosis of back up - toilet was clog in trap of toilet - unclogged and made sure everything is working correctly

Mechanically cleaned through sink drain and cleared blockage of food debris. Sink is now draining properly.
