On arrival, customer had already got water to house shut off. Saw that it was a copper hose bib that was soldered on and due to the age and corrosion on the hose bib. They were trying to remove. It snapped off the pipe. Presented the customer with an option to replace hose bib for $360, she agreed to get the work done. Was able to clean up the copper still stubbed out of the wall, a new fitting half inch pro press, and a threaded hose. Customer was satisfied when work was completed. Also made her aware that she has a two-year warranty on labor if anything should occur in the future with the work.

Arrive to customers home customer complaining of contractor not completing job found multiple issues with drain lines and not properly installing drain lines. Everything done by contractor will have to be ripped out and redone bringing drain lines up to code and properly installed with new vent stack that will be properly strapped, and supported before penetrating through roof. Also installing new waist arms or double sink with ways and wall contractor has a 2 inch waist arm coming out of wall on a 45 which is not properly installed also rerouting drain lines for new shower drain lines in floor not properly installed. need to reroute vents and shower drain customer wants a trough drain installed and the way the pipes are installed from contractor will not work. Need to reroute plumbing so trough drain will fit after drain lines are relocated and trenches are backfilled will have termite sprayed and patch concrete to a rough finish. -We will run a new water service from meter to house -we will run the water line along side drive as much as possible before coming across pavers to connect to pvc pipe entering garage - we will use uponor pipe -we will remove pavers but we don't reinstall pavers - we don't know if the pavers are on top of concrete but we will let the customer know once we find out .
