***40% DEPOSIT REQUEST*** Once concrete is cut Apex will dig and lay PVC sewer pipe to (2) ADA bathroom locations, kitchenette, and drinking fountains which will include: - 2 Water closets - 2 Wall hung sinks - Breakroom sink - Drinking fountains - Mop sink Once floors are back and walls are built Apex will continue with 2nd rough plumbing including: - Water lines to water heater location - 1" copper water stub outs for sloan valves(2) - Waste arms for bathroom sinks with 1/2" hot and cold water copper stub outs for water supply - Waste arm and 1/2" water supply for hi/lo drinking fountains - 3/4" hot and cold stub outs on 8" spread for mop sink faucet - Waste arm and 1/2" hot and cold stub outs for break room sink When finished Apex will install: - Water heater with stand, pan, expansion tank, vacuum breaker, and shut off valve - Mop sink and faucet - Hi/lo Drinking fountain - Break room sink with faucet - (2) Toilets with new wax seal and Johnny bolts - (2) Sloan valves - (2) Wal

Drain and Remove old water heater Install new water heater and new cold shut off valve (Includes water heater disposal) Remove old hose bib with heat by torch Clean copper pipe Solder new hose bib onto copper
