We will then remove old water heater from property Open up wall where condo shut off valve is located and gain access to valve. Replace valve with new quarter turn valve. upon inspection of pipe, we found that the pipe continues to crack and is not in good condition. This is the second option. Apex will replace 5 ft of pipe We will cut asphalt and dig down to pipe We will replace three-quarter black iron pipe with brand new uponor pipe They fill trench back to asphalt level We are NOT responsible for asphalt 10 year warranty on our work No warranty at the connection of old black iron pipe If no connection is found at 5 feet and we have to go another 5 feet. The price will remain the same per 5 foot until we reach 25 feet.

My fiancée and I just bought a house and immediately started running into problems with the plumbing. Mike came out and handled the issue very professionally without adding a hub cc of extra time into the equation (it was late at night and we appreciated it. Then I found additional issues with our gas line and some other fixtures. Mike came out to us as his first call. He found MULTIPLE leaks in the gas line which he documented and then handled and tested to make sure everything was good and safe. Again, he was professional, easy to work with and got it done without adding a bunch of extra time. If you need a plumbing job done right, you won’t go wrong with calling Apex and Mike will get you taken care of. GREATLY appreciated.

I had multiple leaks in the drain plumbing of my free standing master bath tub. I called to make an appointment and Apex was able to send out a plumber, Zack, in just a few hours. There was no cost or commitment for the initial visit. Zack called when he was in route to verify his arrival time. He listened carefully as I identified the issues and explained his detailed plan to make the fixes. He provided the quote before proceeding, which was approved. Since specialized parts needed be purchased we made an appointment for the next morning. He arrived, a little ahead of time, with the parts and promptly performed the repairs, including a leak test.
