Install sump pump in bottom of elevator shaft. We will hook up sewer and install check valve. We will put a metal grate over the top of the pump.

Remove concrete to expose main water line to diagnose issue. Will submit another estimate once once water line is exposed. Replace concrete. The fitting connected to 2 inch pex pipe is leaking. Took it apart and cut some pipe off and put fitting back on and it's still leaking. Need to buy a new fitting and replace.
