First we would pump the water away from drains We would have to use pumps to get the water far enough away to get access to the drains Once we gain access to the drains we will cable and camera the lines We want to get the water down enough that we can determine the type of pipe that was used for the drains Also we can map out the direction of the pipes to see where they are going. Once we get to that point we can give a price to hydro scrub the drain lines and or a repair.

They want to replace existing gas tank heater(75 gallons) with gas tankless. We will drain and remove 75 gallon tank heater. Install new tankless and hook up water lines. We will reuse existing vent line.

Main gas line feeding building is extremely rusty and corroded and should be replaced. We will replace from 1.25 inch tee at meter to 2 inch riser inside building by water heater. We will replace 2 inch ball valve on this riser. We will also replace galvanized for water heater.

Sewer smell coming from laundry room. We will do a smoke test to see if there are any issues with piping. Smoke coming out of jimmy John's grease trap. No smoke in pet hospital. I believe the smell in the pet hospital is coming from the grease trap.
