Customer has toilet leaking from second floor toilet whenever it is flushed. Need to shut water down to toilet, and pull to inspect toilet flange to see if it needs any repairs, then reset toilet with a new wax seal. Tyler 8/1/24

He fell into toilet and the bolts came loose from toilet flange. Pulled toilet and reset with new wax ring. Replace filters on RO unit. Filters already here.

We will chain knock the main line from master bathroom toilet this will descale the old cast iron allowing proper adhesion of the epoxy We will chain knock and hydro scrub from main bathroom toilet to main line approximately 13 ft We will then hydro scrub from the toilet in the master bedroom to the clean out this will clean out all the debris from the descaling process We will then dry the line allowing the epoxy to be applied We will epoxy approximately 55ft from the closet bend of the master bathroom to the clean out After the epoxy is finished being applied the pipes will need to stay water free for 4 hours allowing the epoxy time to cure We will reset the toilet after the epoxy has been applied

Customer sink was detached on one side and needed to have a clamp installed to have sink secured to countertop. Went to get materials after customer signed and upon arrival the customer had Ramos granite the company who installed the sink there fixing the issue.

- Clients hot water tank is providing hot water for an estimated 20 minutes and then the water goes cold. Client wants to get to the bottom of this problem. Client does not have a pan under hot water tank. Client also has two shark bite supply lines, running from the heart, and to the cold that he wants to hard pipe copper. - I have to disassemble some parts on the tank and basically unthread the two elements that are currently existing in the hot water tank - I have to find the right elements for this particular hot water tank. I will purchase and supply the elements and then replace the elements. - If this fix does not solve the problem, we will provide other options and possibly another estimate for a new hot water tank - We have to drain the tank, kill the power to the tank to replace the elements and to put the pan under the hot water tank. - Client has shark bite supply lines running from the heart into the cold as well as an old gate valve that he wants replaced with copper

The client called us about their septic tank. We came out to inspect the line and found that tree roots had penetrated the system and caused the problem. We had to dig up the broken pipes and reseal the new pipes and pipe joints after the routing to make them watertight. At the conclusion of the work, we tested the entire system and ensured the system tank was running well.

The client called us out for their septic tank. We found a scum layer in the septic was plugging the inlet pipe of the septic tank. We pumped the tank using a sewer routing tool. The line was cleared after our inervention.

The customer contacted us to help them decide whether to repair or replace their old water heater. They felt like they had more frequent issues recently. We did a thorough inspection of the water heater and found signs of rust and poor water pressure. We gave them different options to best suit their family's needs and budget. The client was happy we took the time to answer their questions and explain everything.
