We arrived to find both hot water heaters off-line. We diagnosed one heater to have a bad blower motor assembly. Both units also had bad ignition wires. We took the best ignition wire off the unit with the bad blower motor and switched it over to the other unit so it could run. Currently the one heater will supply adequate warm/ hot water on a temporary basis to all units. We need to order one blower motor assembly and two new ignition wires. This will bring both units back up online. We did locate parts locally last night. We can return with the parts within two or three days. We will shut down both units during the repair for approximately four hours. NOTE: Over overtime one heater went down while the second heater was supplying the building with hot water. When the second heater went down, we were called in.
