Replace angle stop at master toilet

Estimate: - Water already off to house - Will cut out leaking gate valve - Will install 3/4” ball valve in it’s place - Will connect 3/4” copper to new valve - Will turn on water and test

Apex will remove old shower valve and replace with new customer supplied delta shower valve

Once customer has part delivered we come back out and replace 3 month warranty Tempra tankless water heater flow sensor

Copper waste arm for kitchen is missing bottom of pipe. Needs to be replaced. Will have to open up block wall to access pipe.

Found water coming from under kitchen cabinets. Could not find leak outside of wall. Set up leak detection for tomorrow morning.
