Apex will shut the water down to the entire park and cut out the broken pvc pipe. Apex will install a new 3/4 tee and a 3/4 shark bite valve and pvc pipe underneath the trailer

Customer called about broken shower handle. Water was off when I arrived. Shower valve is old and needs to be replaced. Will cap lines until tomorrow. -shut off water -remove existing valve and trim -install new valve and trim -turn on water and check for leaks. This job will take around 2 hours. Original call was for broken shower handle. While looking at back of shower valve i noticed piping that has extreme oxidation. This piping and gate valves need to be replaced. -shut down water -cut out copper piping as close to manifolds as possible -connect to copper and transition to uponor -connect to copper lines going around back side of tub -connect hot and cold to shower valve -will install Emergency shutoffs on hot and cold feeding valve This will be done while changing shower valve and will take 2-3 hours.

Found p-trap disconnected from tub drain and overflow. Tub is completely rusted out and needs to be replaced. Customer does not want to replace tub. Reconnected p-trap to overflow and tightened firmly. There is no warranty on this work.

Found tubular shower drain riser broken and disconnected. Shower currently draining under house. Shower drain itself is also rusted. Drain and p-trap need to be replaced and connected to existing 2” PVC. Estimate: - Will cut out and remove shower drain from under house - Will install new circular shower drain and seal - Will install 2” PVC riser and p-trap for shower - Will connect drain to existing 2” PVC - Will run water and test to show working condition with no leaks

Customer called about dishwasher connection replacement. They are replacing the dishwasher and the shutoff doesn't work. Also the tub diverter isn't working properly. I tried to turn off water to dishwasher and it didn't shut off all the way. Tub diverter doesn't pull closed all the way. -shut down water to unit -remove both angle stops under kitchen sink -install 2 new dual angle stops -turn water back on and check for leaks -remove tub spout/diverter -install new tub spout This should take about an hour.

Customer called about a water leak coming from bathroom. Water was leaking from back of tub spout inside of wall behind the shower. I ran water to make sure it wasn't coming from tub drain. Customer removed old tub spout and purchased new tub spout. I will install new tub spout and check for additional leaks. This job will take less than an hour.

Cut portion of ceiling and repaired leak in CPVC. Turned hot water back on and found no leaks.

Break up a 2x2 ft of concrete dig up dirt and find break in 1in copper main.repair copper pipe up to 1 foot. And then put dirt back then put back concrete. Then we will put back water heater. Everything comes with a 1 year warranty. Parts and labor. Danny will come and do leak detection on 10/30

mainline stoppage from roof vent clearing stoppage and running camera to locate any issues with drain line. Ren cables from 3 inch vent on roof to alleviate what seemed like a soft blockage of toilet paper after blockage was cleared. We ran camera through the vent stack and flush toilets to ensure our lines were open and flowing again. Will recommend a Hydro scrub and scale and adding a clean out for future access to the sewer line as the bare minimum repair. Best option would be to epoxy coat the whole home, including toilet flanges kitchen, drain line, laundry, drain line both bathroom, drain lines and the mainline out to the clean out that we will be adding the epoxy coding comes with a 25 year guarantee/warranty. A two year labor warranty.
