Calling go green septic company to pump tank to then Come back with camera and inspect drain. Made appointment will come tomorrow 10/24.

Cut old copper out and sweat new copper to cover area of old copper ( old copper had pin hole leak per homeowner)

Existing ice maker line is old copper and should be replaced. Connect to cpvc water lines in attic. Run 1/2 inch uponor water line from cpvc down inside wall behind fridge and connect to uponor box. Connect braided line to fridge.

Cut and remove old leaking cpvc from the back side of shower valve once removed we will run new cpvc with 2 new 90s to replace broke pipe 1ft cpvc after install we will test to ensure there are no leaks Cut access in drywall to locate where leak is going from We aren’t res

Replace old leaking pop up assembly and install new chrome pop up assembly once pop up is in we will test to ensure there are no leaks on pop up Install new tubular p trap under neither the sink remove old inch and quarter p trap and install new inch an half p trap

Hook up fridge line to fridge and turn water in to allow fridge to make ice

Work Order 138521 Flush valve was turned off when I arrived. Upon turning spud valve on, flush valve started to leak, as it also has a long flush. An internal rebuild will fix these issues. Urinal is backed up and will need a proper hydroscrub. Will pull urinal from wall hydroscrub urinal line with small jetter and cable. Reinstall urinal with newly rebuilt flush valve.

Work Order #: 21103 Remove toilet that has leaking wax ring and run sectional threw it to clear clog Reset toilet with new wax ring and caulk around the toilet

Work Order- 13106 Customer states that toilet continuously flushes after button stuck while being flushed. Customer replicated it when I got there, could not replicate issue myself for before video. But after flushing a few times I can tell that the valve needs to be rebuilt. Rebuild American standard selectronic touch less flush valve Will need to order these particular parts as these valves are not so common. Order usually take 3 to 5 days

Remove toilet and vanity so floors can be ripped out and redone After floors are reinstalled come back and install toilet and vanity

I will use power tools to cut access in the ceiling in order to find and diagnose the water leak situation ( we do not repair the drywall)
