Using uponor Piping that comes with a 25 year leak guarantee for manufacture two years parts and labor warranty from Apex plumbing. If customer decides to move forward will credit customer the $372 towards major repair.

Tried to do a visual leak search on odor coming from drain line somewhere in hall bathroom could not pinpoint exact location of leak. Need to do a smoke test to locate where the leak is coming from after locating leak will give estimate for repair due to the customer, not having a clean out to be able to access sewer line on outside of home Will need to run a camera to locate where clean out is and dig it up to be able to perform smoke test. After performing smoke test and pinpoint where leak is coming from, will credit some money back from smoke test towards major repair. Cannot leave estimates for customer due to we do not know where leak is at this time will be able to provide estimates once leak is located
