Customer wants camera evaluation is sewer lines. He just bought the house. Camera evaluation found no issues with sewer. All pipes are pvc and in very good condition. Home plumbing inspection discovered polybutylene water lines in entire home.

Estimate Customer needs to get us access inside to turn power off before we do anything

Estimate: - Will shut off water to house - Will remove cartridge from master shower valve - Will install Delta Multi-choice shower valve in it’s place - Will turn on water to house and test

Diagnosis of leak in ceiling. Hand sprayer on upstairs toilet was leaking onto floor and through kitchen ceiling. Will remove sprayer. Downstairs toilet is filling very slowly. Will replace fill valve.

Just the clean out cap was broken needs new cap customer will replace himself.

Emailing customer estimates for two bathroom whole house re-pipe two new shower Pans, customer supplied water heater installing new washing machine box, jackhammer floor, capping, a PVC line and moving kitchen drain line. If customer decides to move forward with re-pipe, we will install customer supplied water heater with re-pipe.

Arrived to customers home customer showed me where tree fell onto septic tank and crush septic tank lid. Could not leave an estimate to replace just septic tank lid but would take some research to try and locate a concrete septic tank lid taking some measurements of the septic tank inside. It is 10 foot long and 4 foot wide. Recommending just to have septic tank replaced with a plastic tank First step would be to have septic tank pumped collapse septic tank remove old septic tank concrete dig a bigger hole with an excavator reset new plastic tank hook up inlet and outlet side of septic tank backfill dirt around septic tank over top of septic tank, not responsible for any sod or landscaping Will grade ground level with septic tank lead easy to access for future pump outs 10 year warranty on parts and labor.

Hose for water softener discharge blew off during regeneration cycle and flooded garage. Needs a different kind of clamp. Reconnect hose using hose clamp.

Will have to get fitting to connect meter to house gas In order to test send estimate over to maintenance supervisor and he will approve so we can get them on the schedule Danny N out on 9/23 located gas leak behind stove on gas whip on connection, tying into stove, recommending replacing Old gas whip with new gas whip to eliminate issue with gas line.

Waiting for maintenance to approve quote to test gas line. Emergency resident does have gas.

Cut access panel in drywall between kitchen and living and closet to locate main stack for kitchen arm. Cut 3 inch pvc main stack to be able to cable line with 7/8 cable. Run aprox 25-30 foot of cable to clear stoppage. Repair 3 inch pipe with banded fernco.

Run cable under sink to break clog

The line has roots in it just past the two clean-outs outside of the door. We ran a camera and ran a cable through past the two cleanouts to clear the clog. This was an emergency service call. We also had to pull and reset toilet due to back up.

2 bathrooms on one side of the house are backing up. One bathroom backing up into shower.

Opened up drywall Fix copper to pvc adaptor About 5 inches of copper

Has a backup about once a month. One company said there are bellies under the house. Another said the main line is bellied under the driveway. Run camera to find out what is causing backups. Main line backed up. Ran camera from roof and couldn't get past 65 feet. Ran snake through toilet line. Line still backed up. Recommend installing cleanout outside of house and running cable again. 45 foot section of pvc from house to city is bellied and not flowing. Section of pipe is running under driveway. Run new schedule 40 pvc from cleanout through sidewalk. Run 40 feet through grass to drop for city connection and connect. Will have to saw cut 3 feet of sidewalk and replace when finished. Permit and inspection included. 10 year warranty on parts and labor.
