When I arrived the softener wasn’t regen correctly. Did a manual regen and nothing happened. Pull discharge tube off and there was a piece of plastic that look similar to the salt bag. Ran regen again and system was draining fine. The lines were not crossed. The discharge elbow was leaking due to a bad seal. Arne stated that he could order it and install it himself. Let him know to call the office with any other issues.
