Customer has problem periodically with master bathroom toilet will camera through vent stacknto see any issues

Customer wants to replace both toilets in home. Master bathroom toilet is a corner style tank that fits into a corner of the room will need to specially order as no other toilet will fit in that spot without Moving the flange. We will remove both toilets and dispose of both of them and replace them with the new American standard Toilets with new wax ring, Johnny bolts supply lines, and fresh grout around the base if flanges need to be replaced and angle stops need to be replaced. Additional rates will apply once we will make sure everything is working, It as it should

Existing tankless water heaters flow sensor has failed Not allowing appropriate flow throughout system on hot side Quote is to return once delivered Return visit to replace main servo valve Shutting off water supply to unit Once off disassembling unit to access valve Removing existing valve and replacing valve with valve customer provides Part number HKPD005 Gasket part number 3223302-B x2

Shutting water down to unit Using service ports on fixture Flushing unit out with descaling solution While flush is in process doing a maintenance on unit, cleaning filter and condensation trap Process takes about two hours

- Install new 6” sleeve for valve access while backfilling hole

Estimate: - Valve already dug up - Will shut off water to complex - Will cut out old valve and install 1 1/2” square-key gate valve in it’s place - Will connect to existing 1 1/2” sch 80 pipe with sch 80 pipe and fittings - Will allow glue to dry - Will turn water back on to complex and test - Will reinstall valve access sleeve and backfill hole

Turn off water Remove toilet Install wax ring Install new Johnny bolts Reset toilet Test for leaks Heat up flange to soften plastic Cut and remove inside 4inch pvc flange Install new 4inch pvc flange Tapcon flange to conrete floor Reinstall toilet

Customer called about kitchen sink not draining. I ran water in the sink and it filled up immediately. This line needs to be snaked and hydroscrubed. I will snake from cleanout under sink.

Estimate: - Will shut off water to toilet at angle stop - Will drain and remove toilet from flange - Will inspect flange for damage - Will snake through toilet drain to clear blockage - If flange is in good condition, will test toilet with new wax ring and bolts - Flange is broken and needs repair - Snaked 175 feet and clog did not clear - Will return with camera to investigate

Estimate: - Will drain and remove old toilet in master bathroom - Will clean caulking from floor and replace wax ring on flange - Will install American Standard ADA Elongated Cadet Pro toilet - Will hook up to existing water supply - Will caulk bottom edges - Will turn water on to toilet and test - Will haul away old toilet After pulling toilet found flange broken. Needs to be repaired or replaced. Estimate: - Will drill pilot holes through tile and concrete - Will install repair ring on top of flange - Will anchor repair ring to concrete - Will continue with toilet installation

Expansion tank on the water heater is cracked and is leaking Will take out old tank Will install new expansion tank with tape and dope

Toilet is backing up into shower. Cable from cleanout in yard.

Turn off water Sweat broken copper out Sweat new copper stubout into copper T Sweat new hose bib onto stub out Test for leaks

Replace angle stop and toilet supply line

Turn off power and water to tankless heater Remove tankless heater from wall Install new tankless heater Turn on power and water Test for leaks

Upon arrival, found mainline to be clogged upon further diagnosis. Found the effluent pump to not be working and two have been burnt out. Pump could have burned out from becoming clogged or the drainfield backing up into the pump pit causing pump to run constantly

Main line goes from pvc to copper at the house. Pvc male that is threaded into copper is cracked. Cut out 1 foot section of copper and pvc and put back together with pvc male, propress female, propress slip coupling and small piece of copper.

Remove old fill valve Install new fill valve

Chip and remove concrete around shower drain Inside cut and remove old drain Glue in new drain patch concrete around drain with sand mix Install new shower pan Plug with test ball and test to ensure no leaks CHANGE ORDER Disconnect water lines from tub valve Disconnect tub drain and overflow Carefully cut around tub, lift out of place and set out of way Once new tile is set around surround reset tub in place Reconnect water lines to tub valve Reconnect drain and overflow Fill and test
