Cut the gas line going to the generator and cap so it can be moved Once generator is moved Apex will come back and run 3-4ft. of gas line to new location and reconnect the generator

The fitting that ties the 2 upstairs toilets together doesn't look right on the camera. Back ups are occurring immediately after this fitting. We will need to open up the ceiling above the kitchen to get a better look at the pipes and see what needs to be done.

Toilet is backing up into shower. No cleanout that I can find. Will pull toilet and run snake.

Apparently, this is a call back I was on under the impression that this was a new call via Bobby via Catherine. I’m going to pull both the toilets that are set to the floor and reset them with new bolts and new wax rings. - Turn off water - Vacuum out water - Pull toilets - Replace wax rings -Reset toilets correctly - Test the toilets John paid hourly per Bobby If we have to come out again due to smell I informed client about performing a smoke test

We will disconnect the water and sewer in garage wall that is being moved approximately 8 ft Re install water and sewer in new wall location . WATER REPIPE . Remove water softener and reattach in new wall Remove water main to new location Remove two 50 gallon water heater Install two tankless water heater ,propane (apex will supply the heaters) Reinstall softener Re configure water pipes for main supply into house Run new Uponor lines to connect main water supply for upstairs and kitchen lines approximately 23 ft ( hot and cold lines) Install new ice make line for new fridge location Run new water line for ice maker in island Re configure water hot and cold for new kitchen island location SEWER . Demo 25 foot trench in the middle of kitchen to reconfigure sewer main line for kitchen waste Run new pvc pipe waste line from ceiling in garage 8 feet over ,15 feet down new wall under slab and into kitchen total length of new pvc pipe approximately 40 ft total GAS . Run gas main

New tankless water heater install Remove old tank water heater from 3rd floor Install new Stiebel Eltron tankless heater heater to the wall and install easy access Hook ups to the tankless heater. After heater is mounted we will run hot and cold water lines from existing water lines to the new heater location we will new uponor pex off the existing copper lines to the heater 4 year parts and labor warranty We will pull permits for install

Estimate to provide labor and materials to install customer supplied kitchen sink faucet. Also supply and install new Badger 5 1/2 hp garbage disposal and reconfigure drain to single hole sink. Will hook up dishwasher drain to new disposal.

We will pull toilets in two different bathrooms upstairs to run camera Run camera in studer vents in kitchen Al to determine where sewer lines are located for remodel
