Turn off water to softener Remove damaged Oring Install new Oring Test for leaks THE ONLY PART UNDER WARRANTY IS THE NEW ORING

Turn down pressure on water fountain

Remove pipe fastened to cpvc Install new corrugated pipe to cpvc drain

Cut and remove leaking schedule 40 90 Clean 2inch pvc pipe Install new 2inch schedule 80 90 Test for leaks Water will be shutoff for approximately 3 hours Schedule 80 is much more durable than schedule 40 pipe

Checked water heater for any problems, none can be found at this time. Checked the concern of the utility room sink water does get hot but does take an excessive amount of time. If it becomes major problem a recirculation pump would solve that that problem.

Shut water down and drain water Run water lines to and from new water heater spot located in storage room Run new electrical wires from panel in coffee shop to water heater Supply and install 40 gallon water heater Supply and install carbon filter Turn water on and check for leaks

Turn off water to toilet Remove old fill valve from toilet Install new fill valve Remove old broken handle from toilet Install new handle on toilet tank after install We will test to ensure toilet is functioning properly
