Customer tried adjusting PRV and it broke flush to the wall. We will need to open up the wall to attach to a CPVC pipe and run a 90 off of it straight down the wall use a half inch PVC female and thread our new PRV on.

Remove old garbage disposal that was leaking out of the base when water was turned on. Install new 1/2 hp garbage disposal and test to make sure it’s working properly with no leaks. Collected payment and cleaned up

Will run pool water lines will not connect to pumps 1 year warranty labor.

Apex will take off shower trim and look for water leaking from shower riser and shower valve and also will test the shower pan and shower drain. To test pan and drain we will fill shower with water and leave until Monday and come inspect first thing Monday morning

Work order 144038 I had to pull the urnal off the wall the waste arm was jammed packed with pee crystals I cleared a pathway with cable we absolutely NEED to hydroscrub waste arm and clear crystals before they harden and future problems arise after the cable I reset the urnal and cleaned bathroom

Provided options to inspect line house is two years old water flowing at the moment. Customer did not want to move forward with work at this time

Called customer assessed the scope of the job provided customer an option to diagnose what is leaking. It is the Watermain but it’s about 3 1/2 feet deep provided customer with a estimate of an access fee of $300 to access the leaking Watermain along with a rough estimate of what the pipe repair total would come to which was 1200 to 1500 quoted customer the price of 3500 which I reduced down to a $3000 estimate as a first time customer discount if customer signed out today, customer did not want to move forward with the work so the estimate returns to 3500 for the Watermain, customer has been made aware and has no further questions at this time
