Storm Drain Plan Tank Cleaning and Hydro Scrubbing Pump out and clean all four tanks. This includes locating and digging u the outside lift stations on either side of the property. These are currently covered by sand and have to be carefully exposed. We will pressure wash and pump all lift stations Hydro scrub all floor drains in the parking garage to ensure proper stormwater flow to the pumps. This scope is enlarged because this includes the whole storm system to the city. The lift stations in the parking garage pump to another lift station outside the structure of the building then to the main storm at the city hydro jetting this is also included Pump Inspection After cleaning the tanks and lines, inspect all pumps. Determine operational status: repair or replacement as needed. Just the inspection is included in the price Camera Inspection Conduct a camera inspection of all lines post-cleaning to ensure they are free of sand and debris.
