Cleared mainline stoppage through outside cleanout, then located clean out on city side ran camera down city side located major issue with main sewer line where sewer line connects to city pipe is broken or came apart and dirt is washing in to sewer line. Customer is going to call the city in the morning to see if they’re responsible for repair. Leaving estimate for customer for Apex plumbing to repair main sewer line at tap customer paid in full with Visa credit card.

Off brand shower valve Customer recently had bathroom remodeled And is going to try and find a replacement cartridge before moving forward

Main Line- Apex plumbing first ran the camera from the woman's handicap bathroom to the clean out on the outside of the footprint of the building. There were only two spots that were concerning 1 was where the men's bathroom flushes into the main line, there is a slight back pitch. So when we watch the video while flushing the men's bathroom the water actually flows backwards towards the women's bathroom then it flows down the pipe. What this can create is solids settling in the effected spot and make it more susceptible to back-ups. The fix to this is to take out 10 feet of pipe and correct the pitch in that effected area. The way to manipulate the bad slope is to install power assist toilets which will send a better flush down the pipe so that the solids will have the best chance to flow past that point and down the pipe, power assist toilet should be installed any ways so I think its a great place to start, reason they need to be installed is its roughly 400 feet of line to the man

Camera There are actually several lines when you are talking toilet Main Line – sewer line that carries waste from the amenity to the county lines Need to camera lines out from cleanout and in from the manhole Drain lines – connected to specific fixtures (like toilets) and carry waste from the fixture (toilet) to the main line cited under 1 We will need to pull 7 toilets, camera them and reset them The Engineer has recommended having the mainline scoped both ways from the manhole through the building and to the street to eliminate that these sections might be impacting the issue The Engineer is also suggesting that the drain lines (the 7) are also scoped to the mainline to make sure that we do not have a drain line issue When finished the owner of Apex Plumbing, Joseph Pinkert, will commentate on the video exactly what's going on with the line and will come up with options and solutions and upon approval Apex will adress the issues.
