I had an emergency. I was changing out a regular water heater for a tankless. I had a previous plumber and electrician but they couldn’t get the HD brand to work. They worked on it for a week! Within two hours Apex’ plumber and electrician had a new Steibel top of the line tankless installed! Joe found what the previous electrician did wrong and fixed it perfect. Very happy. They also came after I got off work in the evening!!!

LINING 25 FEET OF PIPE -HAVE TO LINE FROM THE TOILET OUT TO THE CLEANOUT THAT WE INSTALL -THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT LINES THAT RUN INTO THE MAIN THAT WE ARE GOING TO LINE SO IT EFFECTS THE WHOLE HOUSE -WE WILL HAVE TO RE-INSTATE THESE SECONDARY LINES -WE WILL INSTALL A CLEAN-OUT ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME 10 YEAR WARRANTY I WILL AUTHORIZE THE 1350 OFF THE PRICE OF THE LINER AS LONG AS A DECISION IS MADE BY FRIDAY AND IT IS SCHEDUELED

I have to take out the inner workings that are inside the toilet tank I have to go get parts for the inner workings of the toilet tank I will replace the old parts that are inside the toilet tank I will adjust the new parts to make the toilet work like it should Also have to vacuum out the water in the tank I have to shut the water off at the angle stop
