Customer called about kitchen and laundry backing up. Both lines are draining very slowly. These lines need to be snaked. -will snake each line from roof vent -will camera from bathroom roof vent to locate main sewer line -will give recommend for hydroscrub. Initial call was for kitchen and laundry sink not draining. I snaked 2 roof vent stacks. One for kitchen and one for laundry sink. Both of these are currently draining. I ran a camera to locate main line. All pipes under house are cast iron and needs to have a hydroscrub done. -dig up main line in back yard -cut out section of main line -jet from toilet to open pipe -jet from kitchen stack to open pipe -jet from laundry stack to open -we will camera these lines again after jetting -we will install a cleanout where we cut out pipe -we will give further recommendations after we camera again. This job will take 4-6 hours. Will include ptrap installation on kitchen sink with this estimate.

Running a smoke test on a sewer system to determine cause of sewer smell Camera didn’t locate any visible issue Quote is to cap all the vents and pump smoke into system to determine point of issue Smoke test revealed a failed wax seal Tested an functioning properly

Replaced flange put down Ned toilet bolts and wax ring seal. Camera line line needs jet. Put casi solv in urinal they need new urinal. Warranty for toilet 1 year parts and labor.

Customer called about reverse osmosis system not working. Changed filters to see if that is the issue. Going to give it overnight to see if it works. If it doesn't work it will need to be replaced

Customer called wanting to replace washing machine supply lines. Existing gate valve hose bibs for hot and cold water supply are corroded and oxidized. Recommend replacing these gate valve hose bibs with quarter turn hose bibs. -shut down water -remove each hose bib with solder torch -propress on 2 female adapters -thread on new hose bibs -connect new washing machine supply lines -turn on water and check for leaks. This job will take around 30-60 minutes.

Did leak detection located leak coming from water heater closet and shower When looking for leak found water holding inside of water heater pan and water heater was corroded at the base of the water heater. Water heater has a slow leak at the base leaving an estimate to replace. with further inspection located tiles loose from wall near the base of the shower floor Pushed the wall and the tile came crumbling out from wall and drywall was saturated with water. This leak has been going on for sometime lots of mold growing on outside the wall and inside the wall, leaving recommendations of replacing shower pan with removing tile also installing a new 40 gallon lowboy electric water heater , and installing a new Moen shower valve single handled shower Valve.
