Camera sewer line. 2 estimates to rectify issues. We found the lift pump. It pushes waste water from the right side bathroom back into the home through the laundry waste arm. It's backing up in the left side bathroom bc there's a clog in that sewer pipe between the toilet and clean out. The camera could not turn into the home to capture a video or pics . The clog is close to the cleanout. This pump needs to be piped around the exterior of the home into the main sewer line on the left. The short video shows the layout of that sewer pipe. It goes into the neighbors yard before heading to the road. The long video runs through that pipe about 60' until the elbows prevented further examination.

There is a leak between kitchen sink and counter top. The sink should really be removed and reset and siliconed properly to prevent leaks in the future. I will silicone around edge of sink where leaks are occurring. No warranty.

I had multiple leaks in the drain plumbing of my free standing master bath tub. I called to make an appointment and Apex was able to send out a plumber, Zack, in just a few hours. There was no cost or commitment for the initial visit. Zack called when he was in route to verify his arrival time. He listened carefully as I identified the issues and explained his detailed plan to make the fixes. He provided the quote before proceeding, which was approved. Since specialized parts needed be purchased we made an appointment for the next morning. He arrived, a little ahead of time, with the parts and promptly performed the repairs, including a leak test.
