When I arrived mark showed me water in ceiling light. There are no surrounding plumbing drain or water lines in ceiling. The leak is taking place in a room that is on the side of the building. We suspected that due to the storm some water got into the building and has pooled in the light. Had mark run some bathroom fixtures upstairs to make sure it is not leaking through ceiling. I did not see anything dripping and made sure that all of the ceiling tiles were dry. Let mark know to have the light replaced and to keep an eye on it.

Customer called about kitchen sink not draining. During my diagnosis I noticed that the sewer line under the kitchen cabinet is 1 inch pvc. This pipe goes through the block wall and uphill towards the water heater closet. It then turns into 1.5 inch pvc and goes back through the block wall towards the kitchen. This kitchen line needs to be redone in order for it to work properly. I would not recommend a cable at this time as I do not believe it would work. We will need to run a sewer camera and locate the sewer lines in order to give a accurate estimate for repiping the kitchen sewer line.
